Some brokers will still allow you to trade stocks that aren’t publicly quoted. Doesn’t make it easy but it is possible I.e the grey market. The new tier allows broker to broker trades

Trade OTC's with charts, INVEST in big board stocks on fundamentals. Don't confuse the two!
