Yes and no. Technically off greys but not really. The change to expert tier doesn't change anything for us public investors. Still no quote information and it won't be listed publicly to where the masses can buy it with authority until they list as a different entity under a different name. Positive development no doubt. Watching this unfold. More to come I'm sure $PDXP
