I should add: The Delaware bankruptcy hearing isn't even scheduled. We don't even know if objections were filed. The "urgency" that's been conjured up is simply because when the documentation of the "settlement," the final court documents for the hearing, and the updated title are revealed, it is going to bust all these fairy tales. The profit takers, likely a 3-4X depending on how long ago the stock was bought, are making the only smart play.
