Nope. It's vapor. Derived from a make-believe deal with Frank Ekijija and his fantasy that he calls NVC Fund. Says it's gold-backed assets give it a $10, or 20, or hell, even 45 TRILLION value... That is nonsense. And the SEC seems to agree.

But why would VICT only have gotten $30m of that amazing value?

Perhaps because none if it is real. At all.
