Now, if they're trying to get an outside CPA to review, audit, and sign off on their financial statements... well, I've said in the past --> just take the unaudited financial statements they have posted to your CPA or tax adviser and ask them to take a look at them and see what they say.
I think that "Outside CPA is still reviewing the financial statements" means ---> CPA is shaking his head....
