I see frantic panic among shorts here, and there's a reason for it:

"This partnership is an awesome for multiple reasons:
1) expansion without eating a lot of expenses in the expansion, the ground levels are already set.
2). Arizona may move to recreational legalization after this November ballot which means TRTC products can be immediately shipped and sold in Arizona. Arizona also has cheaper lands and plenty of sunshine to build more MJ farms.
3). CBD is federally legal; thus, even if MJ is still not, TRTC can help distribute the CBD products. TRTC has contracts with numerous grocery chains across America including Walmart and Kroeger for their edible greens. TRTC ties with these major chains can help distribute CBD products.
4). The combined company is lead Mr. Morgan, eliminating Peterson and Nahass from the CEO position, may help the company shareholder value because of their scathing pasts. But they are still important members of the company because they still have friends from Morgan Stanley which they both managed multibillion portfolios before they were terminated as hedge fund managers."
