That is 100% false and impossible! They can not sell all of the shareholders shares we all own our shares! Liz gave up almost 150 million shares during the merger buyout. That will be in the filings as to how they did it. I would suggest you call Liz and get the facts as tons of CLSI shareholders have been doing for months now!

The delay in filings is because they are holding it up until they sell all their shares because filing will include reverse split plus incoming company is a start up. Just terrible. Really a lot of people have lost big here. That is why you see the steady blocks for sell with downward pressure. They will be done in about two weeks and then filings will hit. I suspect .005 by time filing hits then lower once folks read it. Really sad!
