this all started with anvil denying there ever was any 43s. mdmn got permission 20 years ago to post the reports, no problem, and further when finra examined mdmn in 2006 they cleared the web site as well as everything else. If he is now so hung up over the legality of the postings why didnt he complain 20 years ago when they were posted??? I was always told the complete disclosure of all material facts was the prime issue which is sure not the case today with Goodin!!!!
