Well you can certainly think what you like... you can sell all your shares and "B" done with SUTI ....

But let me ASK you a question.

If Eddie is such a liar and only wants to sell shares and screw shareholders out of their hard earned LOOT then why doesn't he just post a "LYING PR" that says;

We have acquired (ABC marijuana dispensary) we will begin operations IMMEDIATELY at ABC marijuana dispensary.

A lie in a PR can't really "B" prosecuted because it's not a MOU or a court filing? He can say what ever he wants to.

WHY NOT JUST POST A LYING PR THE DAY HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO IT AT THE FIRST TIME HE ANNOUNCED IT????????????????
