Kim pretty much said (at the meeting) that if things are not in order for up-list a week before thanksgiving they would pull the plug. Whatever the plan is and I think we are still on track to up-list, it will happen in the next 3 weeks.
I think we will wake up one morning in the next three weeks trading on a higher exchange after a reverse. Financing will either be announced simultaneously or days before.
As for a date - how about 11.11
