So I'm still right... they can use it... as you just stated (They can use use it per SEC without the disclosure which MDMN had)
.... so it is not an SEC violation... as long as used in the correct manner... and you also agree then that MDMN did have the NI 43-101 posted on their website per your comment (which MDMN had)... and that was what we were really trying to verify is if MDMN had it on their website or not... thanks again...
