Please, let’s look at the three major accepted reports for mining properties.

SEC Industry Guide 7 - probably the most conservative and is the only acceptable report for US companies

JORC - used by many international companies, particularly Australian and African.

NI 43-101 - used exclusively by Canadian based companies. Note “NI” which means National Instrument! To be used exclusively by Canadian based companies.

Non- Canadian based companies can’t publicly publish a 43-101 without violating country securities laws.

MDMN is/was a US headquartered mining concern and can’t publish a NI 43-101 without violating SEC regulations.
