This deal was announced on 8/7/19 (https://www.corindus.com/news-events/press-releases/corindus-vascular-robotics-announces-definitive-agreement-to-be-acquired-by-siemens-healthineers ). The buyout premium was 79%, and the nominal deal value was $1.1B.
