sand, I have not found that to be true. I know Steve was involved as a director of Consultech but from what I have been able to find out Consultech was never an owner of Sulja. If you look at the directors of Sulja, I think you will find that most of the family was involved in the company ownership or daily operation of the company! Let me know if you have found out something else.
