Uh, the stock was raging GREeeeeeeeeeeen up 20% AGAIN yesterday. Better do a fact check.
1) There is no such thing as an "official PR", please show where the SEC defines that non-existent term? The Chairman spoke yesterday via news media, thus it's 100% "official" as it gets, and totally a allowed means of communications per SEC law, especially new SEC law regarding companies being allowed to use "social media".
2) The Chairman Kisa just gave a "shareholder update" YESTERDAY regarding the release of their TRNC central bank score ratings/risk review and pending oil/gas and solar deals, which were awaiting those bank scores. Better fact check the misinformation that "no shareholder updates" have occurred, as it's poppycock nonsense.
Central bank reports GIFA = OFFICIAL "news" and a "shareholder update". Sorry. The bullshit just gets older and older. Not true.
3) "No American flags proudly displayed anymore", LOL ?????? Stockbullshit disinformation.
Their main lobby has a HUGE American flag, the first thing one sees when one walks in - boots on the ground real due diligence. Their entire $12 million euro world headquarters is covered in American flags- on desks, displays, in flag-pole stands for very large flags in conference rooms, etc.
Pure poppycock bullcrap to claim anything otherwise. Post photos inside their main building showing they removed all the American flags- else, it's stockbullshit BS !
4) The myth of "SEC actions" is old, tired stockbullshit. The bullshit just gets older and more tired. The only thing the "SEC" is going to do, is post the GIFA Inc financials to the SEC EDGAR database when their attorney Aul hits the "UPLOAD" button here real soon, LOL !
Show one micro shred of proof of ANY SEC pending legal action, civil action, public comment, warning or anything else to do with this ticker $GIFX? Else, just more misinformation and a stockbullshit false narrative, same old one used over and over.
"THE SEC" is however, 100% for certain "taking action" against a now well know short firm/certain individuals associated with it- who have been part of a coordinated effort to harm this company and their stock, that is 100% confirmed and known. So yes, there is going to be "SEC action" but not related to GIFX this ticker or company, but those firms/known individuals who are working to harm it. Quite a different situation.

Their real estate holdings alone make this a $1 dollar stock on the day they SEC file their final filings.
