Who.is."they"?Does the.company even have 2 BOD.members? Zero.employees? Yes its a goner if for this reason alone. There are none of the past scum even hanging on for a paycheck anymore not to mention buying shares! They did get to off load some of the remaining funds to the "blockchain consultants" snicker. After the Supreme Court boots this case I expect the rest of the remaining funds will find their way to more "consultants". In my opinion!
