It was suggested years ago , take the pertaining documents to your own lawyer and ask them if what it says is ambiguous in any way and what is their opinion on the 75/25.
Should only cost ya a couple of hun$'s to have it done, then you will not have any questions or will understand it better FROM A LEGAL PERSPECTIVE!!!!!
