I have no idea what he did or did not do. As I keep saying I will leave it up to the SEC to decide what he can and can't do with that permanent Bar against him. I'm not going to second guess the SEC decision.


As far as "good legal advice" - plenty of bad advice in that dept as well. Ever see the prohibited attorney list and the litigations against them involving pennystocks???
