Did he tell you why he calls himself the CEO/Prez?
The filings submitted to EDGAR he lists himself as CEO/Prez

I think many assumed that without clarity, however, I believe found out differently. Tony Nick is extremely ambitious and a people person. He has a huge number of contacts and lined up countless potential buyers. He is a great Salesman/Broker/Purveyor. From all of the potential RM Partners, He selected the best company and put the deal together. Apparently he was simply the Broker that arranged and expedited the sale to completion.

47.As previously reported to the Court, the Monitor does not expect any net proceeds to be distributable to creditors other than the Secured Claimants.
