Avian notes that shares are down 27% year-to-date on concerns over Q4 pricing guidance of down 15%-20% q/q despite strong bit growth of 50%-60% q/q. Avian believes SNDK's business is strong despite seasonality given numerous drivers like NAND in PC's and mobile phones, MP3's, and the digital camera upgrade to higher mega pixels (which the broker feels few are talking about). AVIA believes current levels offer a great buying opportunity.
