Just a few folks sloshing shares around trying to scare up a bid to dump into, nothing more. With the clock ticking so loudly and the monitor confirming in the motion to Delaware this is truy an out of business, empty, debt ridden shell company, I'd imagine the 5% holders must be easing out.

When LCYB begins production of corn sludge from their plant with nothing from BioAmber, the fairy tale will be completely unraveled. What then?
