Well actually the assets sold to a Canadian corporation . At least that is what the court filings say . As neither visolis or lcy could operate the sludge plant without being incorporated in Canada. That corporation is now named LCY Bioscience. I think that is the name on the sign . You got anything different backed by facts ?
