potn's financials, biz model and ludicrous promotions and "celebrities" (chong and l.taylor?!? lmao) are a joke --- as starkly represented by the laughable 2 centavos pps.

the company is a classic pennystock scheme designed to lure in unsophisticated folks who dream of riches and want to look "smart" to their peers...

between zero margins, legal expenses to counter lawsuits (which i predict will multiply over time - and include shareholder class actions), ridiculous boxing promotions and lavish parties, mgt salaries, etc...the company will be hemorrhaging cash as far as the eye can see..

and the "1 billion" shares you cite, well, try multiplying that in the face of incessant cash deficits and the company's abnormal capital structure where the "preferred stock" will, just by itself, add billions more shares in dilution...

other than that, this is a real "gem"!
