Okay something is definitely up. I have been calling for the past 2 weeks and the number has been down. Today it is up. I did not wait for someone to pick up though since I was not going to ask anything that wasn't in the PR. It used to right 10 times and then say not in service. Today you can put in an extension or get transferred to someone.
