If it was a profitable year, then you'll say the 10k is a lie, so it really shouldn't matter to you what I think. But if you follow the trend lines (revenue and costs), there is a good chance of it. They could have paid off a note or claimed some sort of write down for tax reasons, but the operating revenues/costs will be what I have my eye on.
