conflict in America though, if they decided to make a real fight of keeping Trump where he wants to be.
What percentage of military are black? Looks in 2017 roughly 30% of the women and 17% of the men ..

In the police? A quick look gave me nothing. Only studies confirming the well know fact that blacks are targetted more than whites are.

The studies covered nearly every nook and cranny of our carceral system — from police to prosecutors to prisons; from misdemeanor offenses to the death penalty; from sentencing to parole; and from youth offenses to plea bargaining to clemency.
