Louis, Thanks for your informative post however on your calculations the HYCT Commons must hit $8.40 Strike Price in order for us to exchange them warrants to HYCROFT Commons - so if we take 8.40 x 1000 Warrants we get $8,400- - Where does the 17.5% fall in? is that already penciled in to the price?
