This will be addressed one time and only one time.

One of the seven criteria a moderator may use when removing a post is Author Asked to Remove.

It is pretty black and white - if someone asks that one of his / her posts be removed, AND it falls within the allowed timeframe - a moderator will remove the post.

Otherwise, that poster would need to take it up with board admin.

And as far as how soon a post is removed - sorry, but the three of us do not monitor this board 24/7. We remove posts when we have time. Sometimes it may be within a minute, sometimes it takes much longer.

And yes, sometimes we miss things. It happens.
