Unlike you I think that Bignitz is performing quite well these days. Did you notice that the response to the non final rejection of the 230 patent was filed yesterday? I'm still reading it but there is a new claim. Now the company has patent applications in review for the Cream and production of the magic potion that goes into the tablet. With that, the positive results on the tablet and phase two starting on the cream this is starting to get exciting. I wonder what got them moving? They waited until the last minute to respond to both of the non final rejections that were critical to the company but they got it done.
