He began his career at Lehman Brothers as an associate, and was employed as a Vice President of Investments at Wedbush Securities (Wedbush Morgan Securities), then as a Managing Director at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc where he personally managed over $600 million in client assets.
Mr. Chiang was also employed by Roth Capital Partners LLC (Cruttenden Roth Inc), as a Senior Vice President, engaging technology company executives in corporate venture services, he created the Redwood Asia Private Equity Fund, a PRC China private equity Fund and was instrumental in the signing of the Shanxi Provincial Government's, Shanxi Venture Capital Fund Co as a 1/3 partner-investor up to $75 million USD commitment while as Managing Director of The Redwood Asia Fund LP.
He has extensive hands on experience in lead roles on several reverse mergers transactions with both US and international cross borders transactions at leading reverse mergers advisory firms. Mr. Chiang is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, The Haas School of Business and the Goldman School of Public Policy at UC Berkeley.
He has held several securities licenses such as the FINRA Series 7, Series 24, Series 63, and the NASAA Uniform Investment Advisors Law Series 65 license.
Mr. Chiang is also an approved arbitrator with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
