You're right. IMHO we need the AFs and a definitive action plan to stop the shorting of ATWT. If Alex isn't careful, someone could gain a majority stake in his precious company on the open market at these depressed prices. It's happened before. Could theoretically happen here, and could happen much more easily if he doesn't soon address the naked shorting issue and get the PPS up where it deserves to be. All IMHO.
