I agree, with you. No one knows whats going on. Negative posts here have no factual bearing, other than history of action (or inaction) by the company. Funny thing is, neither do the positive posts, no factual bearing at all. It's ALL speculation at this point. This is a place to exchange ideas and information, positive AND negative. Ideas and truth, whatever that may end up being, should all be welcome here. Negative posts here are not detrimental. Unless they are true, then it's not the posts that are detrimental, it's the truth behind them that will hurt.

If you are confident in the company, negative posts shouldn't worry you. If you aren't positive posts won't sway you. But some come here for opinions and ideas, some who haven't yet formed their OWN opinions. And they should get the benefit of both sides of the coin, not just the rosey one.
