The Fed is increasing its balance sheet again but isn’t calling it QE. But the result will be the same. Inflation. If investors have fixed income they need to hedge that fixed payment vs inflation wiping it out. Sand is a good way to hedge that risk. Being owed gold into the future at a fixed price while other prices are rising is exactly the hedge Americans want to have. Sand has no debt as well.
