Thanks, but I must say that I have had my share of being right within the market, but I think I have had more than my share of being wrong (LOL).

I've been doing much more research here with PNNX and I believe that it has the chance to be something special. This 8-K is bigger than what I think the market sees right now:

It leads me to think that we will be seeing some filings and much more to be coming into PNNX. I keep learning that sometimes it is a small world within the market at times.
