SIRC DD Chart - Share structure + California Solar Roof Mandate Takes Effect Jan. 1, 2020

I finally had time to review SIRC quarterlies and annual reports, mostly looking for how pps correlated with the AS and OS. Simply put, this stock was over 60 cents per share in November, 2017 with essentially the same OS as we have today, but until August of this year, there were 500M more shares authorized.

In other words, in Nov. '17, with the same OS and with 500M more shares in the AS than we have now, SIRC was trading over 60 cents per share!

What else can we derive from the 500M share reduction this August? That acquisitions don't require an abundance of shares. If they were made with significant convertible debt, the AS couldn't have been reduced--as the AS needs to be sufficient to cover convertible debt in the event of full conversion. So whatever the granular details of acquisitions, significant dilution was not a component of those deals.

Add to this the recent interviews on NASDAQ and Money TV, and the Twitter statement about an announcement soon that will improve shareholder value, plus the impending uplist to OTCQX, and this is now my top pick for near-term pps growth.

As for mid-term, within just 3 months, all new homes in California must be equipped with solar roofing. All of them. Every home. Is there any bigger catalyst for a Southern California company busy acquiring more solar roof companies in its effort to be the largest California solar roofing company?

Glad I was able to load up this cheap - hope y'all got some shares as well.

All my opinion of course - do your own DD.
