I second this. Forget the 75/25 issue. It does nothing but divide us. It is what it is. I'm sure we will all be satisfied with the outcome. ASSUMING WE HAVEN'T BEEN F**KED and everything have been stolen while we argue about 75/25.

Let's all just remain vigilant on the remote bankruptcy assets returning after the BK closure. I have a feeling there will be a last minute grab for it. I'm really not comfortable with the assumption of "automatic return to escrow". Perhaps we need to file a claim for those assets after the BK closure. Maybe there is no "automatic" return.
