You seem to believe “administrative hold” is very scary and bad. Why don’t you explain why it’s so scary and bad? Elaborate. What’s your thinking? Do you even know what “administrative hold” means?

I don’t believe things are as dire as you seem to think. Volume is low. No one is dumping anything. Nothing bad or scary here, as far as I’m concerned. Current status + low float!
