So what? The WB was getting stonewalled by the CIA so he took it to the oversight committee. The staffer on the oversight committee relayed the info and the committee sent him to the IG. Schiff and the rest of the committee probably knew about this.

The IG then felt the need to go forward with the WB's concerns over wishes from Maguire....

Maguire then testified in front of Congress last week and told them that the WB followed all proper protocol and there was nothing wrong with the process....
