$ZMRK is around $10 million under water. Plus, what the financial statements don’t show are the unregistered/restricted shares Steven Zale gave to the ZMRK workers and outside contractors as he didn’t have the funds to actually pay them. I’d venture to say at least 50 million to 100 million shares haven’t been registered.
