However, here's the deal, folks, about some poor sucker who paid $24 for KEYW and what a bad deal it is for him.

1. He bought 10,000 shares through Scottrade paying $240,007. The NOC deal holds, he gets $24 per share, has no appreciation so he pays no taxes. His loss: $7.00 on a great, big speculation.

2. Bought 10K shares and paid $240,007. LMT goes for a buy @ $28 on a tax-free exchange of shares. He gets $280,000 worth of LMT and pays no taxes until approximately hell freezes over, showing a net profit of $39,993. I love the odds.
