Did the monitor tell you that ? Wonder why he hasn't told the court of any settlement ? And the equity has value. Looks like about 1.6 cents . So by now there should be thousands of people in the know about this fantasyland restructuring second transaction. Yet nobody is buying the stock and nobody has any details including the bankruptcy judge who must approve anthing before it can happen .
