Interesting piece on OAN this morning talking about Schiff's possible involvement in putting together the whole whistleblower scheme. Seems he had a trip to Ukraine planned during the formative period. It was cancelled, but coupled with his other shenanigan's, there's thought that he may be an active part of the conspiracy.
