It does look as if we are going to see a takeover attempt coming. Odd though why Hudson wants to take on this can of worms.

USAT may race to create a poison pill to prevent it.

We'll see what is happening sooner rather than later. I'm sure you are right; Hudson is making a play. Perhaps it's been invited or it's hostile.
