OK. Hmm. For once, Hosen closed something in 2 Minutes! - negotaited with Nutmeg insurance guys about that DO Claim and setlled it! He seemed to be in a "Real Hurry' to Close the BK cases but his main "Concern' seemed to be "Not to expend any more resources of Estate' toward legal trials so that ' they will be preserved for Class 18' as they are above Equity (again mentioned that Equity is not going to have any Recovery)...Looks like someone in Class 18 put "Real Heat' on Hosen...
