How can some stupid guy with less than 5% of a company be the owner of the company?????

Did you think just a little bit before to post this? Nobody can control or own a company with less than 5% of the shares, nobody.

So suppose that I own 2M shares. This is less than 2% of the company. I don't have any support by the law to claim ownership of HDII, but, I just decide to be stupid, and claim ownership of the company.

The attorney read the claim, see it is BS, ask immediately the court to dismiss the claim due to total lack of support by the law. The judge read it, and dismiss the claim.

Then the company files a lawsuit against me because with this BS I caused a drop on the PPS, causing losses to the company and all shareholders.

If I were the attorney, I would do exactly this.
