Control disputes take a long time to resolve. Look at SBES. Still not resolved after many months. No company is going to merge with HDII until that gets taken care of, especially a company that hasn’t even made a decision to use HDII. I see major downside from here unless everyone is willing to wait for months for a reverse merger that might even take place. The company will probably find another shell without the problem of a control dispute.
