Hopes for today's hearing......


1) The remaining nuisance claims (Marta, certain disputed Class 17B claims etc) are all dismissed today, with prejudice, and JMW ruling that no further claims can be made.

2) The LT announces the date(s) for the allowed Class 18 claims to be paid in full (~$40M) and for the distribution of the available DEE shares.

3) A formal application to the court for the closure of the WMI + WMIIC bankruptcies (not likely)


Although unlikely to be addressed today, also hoping for the final dismissal of the pending appeal of JMW's ruling, re AG's objection to the UW Stipulation.
