So in Oct of 2016 VNDM averaged about 18,000 shares a day in PTOI trading.

Whoopty damn Doo....that is like $700-900 a day based on the PPS at that time.

That is not even close to the 'liquidation of large volumes of shares' so PTOI obviously wasn't one of the companies they were accused of doing this with.
