thats the point, the outstanding shares dont multiply by 6. the shares held on oct 16 multiply by 6... yes this does create dilution. Does it much matter anyways? Is there anyone left with any confidence in this stock? The second shares are issued everyone will see it as an opportunity to recoup some losses and sell anywyas. (IMO)
