The big difference between a "claim" and "speculation" by the very definitions you provided is that a claim asserts something is the case. I never stated that a Total deal is the case...only speculated that it is.

Also, I have provided SOME evidence that a total deal may be the case...for example, I provided circumstantial evidence that there was a gag order by judge which indicates to me circumstantially that something is happening with Total.
